Chartify AI is operated by HeadstartX LLC.
By downloading or using Chartify AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
Educational Purpose
Chartify AI is designed for educational and informational purposes only.
The app does not provide:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Trading signals
- Portfolio management
- Guaranteed trading outcomes
All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
You agree not to misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Chartify AI Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store.
Pricing is displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
All billing is handled by Apple.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, AI models, designs, graphics, and content are the property of HeadstartX LLC unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial financial risk.
HeadstartX LLC is not responsible for:
- Trading losses
- Investment decisions
- Missed opportunities
- Market volatility
Use Chartify AI at your own risk.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the application.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Chartify AI constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
